If we haven't started work, full refund. If you're mid-sprint and the first drafts miss the brief, we'll re-cut them until they land — that's what unlimited revisions are for. Once work has begun in a billing month, that month is non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals anytime with 30 days' notice. No forms, no retention calls.

First drafts within 24–48 hours for most requests. Larger projects (full brand systems, multi-screen apps, brand films) wrap in 5–10 business days. Subscriptions run continuously — you always know what's next.

One discrete deliverable — e.g. a logo round, a landing page comp, a 30-second edit. We work on it until you sign off, then move to the next.

One-time if you have a single, defined project (logo, brand, website). Subscription if you have ongoing creative needs across the year.
