Terms of Service

By accessing or using designs.art ("we", "us"), you ("you", "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and designs.art.

We provide design, UX, and video/motion services on a monthly subscription basis and as one-time projects. The scope of any engagement is defined by your selected tier and the brief you submit. We may decline briefs that are out of scope, illegal, or harmful.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in your selected currency. Renewal is automatic until cancelled. You may pause your subscription for up to 60 days at a time. We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice for the following billing cycle.

Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice via your account or by email. If no work has begun in the current billing month, we refund in full. Once work has begun in a month, that month is non-refundable but no further charges will be made.

Subscription tiers include unlimited revisions within the brief. Material changes to scope after kickoff may be treated as a new brief and queued accordingly. We will always confirm before treating something as out of scope.

On full payment of the applicable invoice, all final deliverables and associated source files become your property. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and components we use to produce the work remain ours.

You warrant that any content, copy, fonts, imagery, or trademarks you provide are yours to use, and you grant us a licence to use them to deliver the services. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the services. This obligation survives termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which designs.art is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
